Your credit card will be charged a $298 setup fee, which includes a lifetime system license, 200 points (sends 100 cards) and 7 stamps and a personal handwriting font and four signatures (normally $50).  You will also be charged $15.50 per month, which will give you 50 points a month and lower your per card cost to only $0.62.
